Napili Bay Resort is an ideally located resort set along the incredible half-mile crescent-shaped Napili Bay in West Maui, one bay south of Kapalua Bay. Situated directly on the beach only steps from the ocean, guests can enjoy an uncrowded, laid-back sandy beach paradise with spectacular views of the Hawaiian Islands of Molokai and Lanai and occasional showings of humpback whales and spinner dolphins.

11 units at Napili Bay Resort are available through Aloha Condos Maui and you work directly with the owners. There are eight oceanfront units - 108, 109, 201, 203, 206, 207, 208, 209 - in the beachfront building, two ocean view units - 211 and 212 - in the beachside building and four ocean view units - 215, 216, 217 and 218 - in the back ocean view building. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per unit.

Unit 102 , a ground-floor beachfront/oceanfront unit owned by Richard & Gary Adams. Richard also owns

unit 106, another ground-floor beachfront/oceanfront unit and it also has a dynamite view of Molokai.

Unit 107 , a ground-floor beachfront/oceanfront unit owned by Jackie Adams with lovely views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai.

Unit 108 , a ground-floor beachfront/oceanfront unit owned by James Adams and staying in this unit is like staying on the beach.

Unit 109 , a first-floor corner oceanfront unit owned by Don and Jan, is a lovely remodeled condo gives you the feeling that you are right on the beach.

Unit 112 , is a first-floor beachside ocean view unit owned by Harold & Linda and is less than 25 steps to the beach.

Unit 114 , a first-floor corner ocean view unit owned by Charles with expansive garden and ocean views.

Unit 201 is the north-corner beachfront condo and is the most popular unit at the resort. This condo, along with

Unit 217 , a secluded garden/ocean view unit with brand new furnishings throughout, are owned by Jim, the owner and operator of Aloha Condos.

Unit 203 is bright and cheery second-floor oceanfront condo owned by Anne and has incredible views of the Napili Bay and Island of Molokai.

Unit 206 is another bright and cheery second-floor oceanfront condo. This lovely beachfront Maui condo is owned by Deanna and she also owns ocean view

Unit 215 which an top-floor corner unit in the back ocean view building.

Unit 207 is a fully remodeled oceanfront condo is owned Vi that features custom maple cabinets and all new furnishings in 2003.

The other two oceanfront condos - Unit 208 and

Unit 209 - are adjacent to one another and are the south-corner beachfront condos at Napili Bay Resort. They are owned by Chuck Buser, a long-time Napili Bay owner.

James Adams also owns ocean view Unit 211 - located only 10 steps from the beach in the beachside ocean view building at Napili Bay Resort.

Lyn and Charlie are the owners of ocean view Unit 212 - located only 15 steps from the beach in the first ocean view building at Napili Bay Resort.

One of the other ocean view condos - Unit 216 - is a beautiful garden/ocean view unit and is owned by Hans. This unit, was remodeling during the summer of 2000 and a new kitchen was added in 2002.

At the east end of the resort is top-floor corner - Unit 218 - a beautiful garden/ocean view unit owned by Claudio and Annie and this condo has just started as a vacation rental after a remodel in January 2003.

Secure reservations and policies are the same for all condos and you work directly with the owners for all bookings, billings and questions. Rates vary based on the time of year and whether the condo is a beachfront unit (102, 106, 107, 108, 109, 201, 203, 206, 207, 208, 209) or an ocean view (112, 114, 212, 215, 216, 217, 218) unit.

If you have been to West Maui before, you probably know that Napili Bay is one of the loveliest bays in Hawaii. What you may not know is that this bay is a great place for snorkeling, swimming, and boogie-boarding. It has long coral reef where dozens of varieties of tropical fish, as well as sea turtles, octopus, and eels, make their home. All this is only steps away from the condo, which locals say is one of the closest accommodations to the ocean in all of Maui.

Napili Bay Resort Resort is a small resort with only 33 units available for rent from individual owners and property managers. All units share beautifully landscaped grounds with an outdoor dining area and gas BBQ. The grounds are very well manicured and maintained by the local property manager who lives on site.

During the months of December to April, watch for Humpback whales from our condo while sipping a tropical fruit beverage on your private lanai. Year round you will be able to enjoy spectacular sunsets, and sometimes rainbows, as the sun falls to the sea between the lovely green mountains on the islands Molokai and Lanai!
